To start or maintain a business relationship with Klabin, registration on the SAP Ariba Portal is required.
If your company is not yet registered or needs to update its registration, please read the content on this page, which includes the minimum requirements and support materials to help clarify any questions.
ATTENTION! Registration does not guarantee that your company will become a supplier of Klabin. It only enables your company to participate in selection processes as a potential supplier, without guaranteeing a contract.

SUPPLIER QUALIFICATION
Qualification is a fundamental step to ensure that our partners meet Klabin’s technical, legal, social, environmental, and safety requirements. The documents listed on this page compile the guidelines to become a qualified supplier.
It is important to note that during the registration and approval process, the supplier must:
- Correctly select the supply categories compatible with its products or services;
- Inform the service region and Klabin units served;
- Submit the required documents according to the type of supply.
