Klabin holds 11% of the country's recycling market, which makes it the largest paper recycler in Brazil. We produce high-value recycled paper, made from high-quality, unused, virgin fiber packaging, and also with market scraps - which also makes us the largest buyer of corrugated cardboard scraps on the market.

We produce more than 400 thousand tons of recycled paper per year, we promote the recycling chain and the circular economy. Our portfolio has two lines of recycled paper, ideal for the construction of corrugated cardboard packaging: Ekoflute, perfect for application in brains, and Ekoliner, ideal for use in covers.

Klabin's recycled paper is produced in modern machines using pre- and post-consumer scrap, which ensures excellent results throughout the entire chain. Our recycled paper is made from fibers with strength optimized by applying starch on Speed Sizer equipment or by adding wet strength agents to the pulp to increase physical paper tests. Klabin's recycled papers also offer also features uniform grammage, low impurity content and balanced COBB (test that measures water absorption). 

Klabin cover papers offer a clean and uniform surface, delivering better printing quality. They are recommended as external and internal covers for corrugated boxes.
