"I was born in Otacílio Costa and my family has always worked in the pulp and paper industry. My grandmother was a cook at the old Olinkraft guest house and my father was a supervisor of Paper Machines 11 and 12. In 2000, I was an intern at the Company. I worked at other companies and, in 2012, I had the opportunity to return for the assembly of Paper Machine 23. I went through the areas of Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and other businesses of the Company. What makes Klabin "Klabin" are the people. "I am originally from Lages and my mother always dreamed that I would work at Klabin." Still studying Production Engineering, I started at the company in 2015 as an intern. Over time, I have worked in the areas of Quality and Product Development, I have held positions as Quality Assistant and Quality Supervisor, Continuous Improvement Engineer, and I am currently a Supervisor. Klabin is a comprehensive and sustainable company, a giant in the market, where we feel secure working.
