The Klabin Integrity Program comprises a number of procedures that aim at preventing, detecting, and remediating conduct that could expose us to undesired situations, in addition to establishing initiatives of global best practices relating to the issue. Through the program, we demonstrate our commitment to building ethical relationships, contributing towards a more transparent business environment to strengthen our image, reputation, and business strategy, helping to build a more just and sustainable society. 

 

The Program, which is in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), is aimed at all those who work or relate to Klabin, in public and private interactions. To guide good practices, prevent, detect, and respond to inappropriate conduct, the Klabin Integrity Program is supported by tools such as the Code of Conduct, the Anti-Corruption Manual, the Competition Policy and the Integrity and Ombudsman Channel.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is a manual that guides the attitudes and decisions of Klabin board members, employees, affiliates, and subsidiaries, with the company's main stakeholders.

Anticorruption Manual

Details the anti-corruption procedures practiced by Klabin and clarifies which actions may be associated with the practice of corruption or that constitute harm to national or foreign public administration.

Diversity Policy

Our Diversity Policy presents how Klabin positions itself to give voice to the different points of view that guide our dialogue with employees, suppliers, stakeholders, or any other audience. In this way, we identify improvements in the organization's relationships and reputation.

Integrity and Ombudsman Channel

A place for filing complaints, suspicions, whistleblowing, and compliments by anyone who has a relationship with Klabin. The Channel is managed by an independent company, which guarantees anonymity and confidentiality of information and prohibits any form of retaliation against whistleblowers.
