Klabin named Brazil’s most admired company in Pulp and Paper

São Paulo, October 26, 2015 – Klabin, Brazil’s largest paper producer and exporter, was named on the morning of Monday, October 26, the Most Admired Company in Brazil in the Pulp and Paper category by Carta Capital magazine.This is the fourth consecutive year that the Company has stood out on this ranking.

 

The most admired companies are chosen through a survey of a group of executives that evaluate and choose companies and the most outstanding leaders from a range of sectors.This edition of the award provides a complete ranking of companies and a corporate analysis of the sectors studied and facts that contributed to a company gaining the admiration of the country’s leading executives.

 

The award ceremony was held at Hotel Unique, in São Paulo, and was attended by the Klabin’s CFO and Investor Relations Officer, Antonio Sergio Alfano, who received the award, in addition to the President’s Chief of Staff, Jaques Wagner, economist Luiz Gonzaga Belluzzo, and former Minister of Finance Antonio Delfim Netto, as well as entrepreneurs from several industries in Brazil.
