Klabin in the Community mobilizes Angatuba in São Paulo

São Paulo, September 23, 2019 – Last Saturday (Sep. 14), the city of Angatuba received the Klabin in the Community fair, which was held at the city’s main square. In order to transmit information combined with culture, health and music, and the company, which has an industrial unit and forest operations in the region, revealed to inhabitants details about its business and offered them free health tests.

 

Klabin set up a corporate tent to showcase its business model, which starts at the forest, with the planting of eucalyptus and pine, and transforms them into products used in the daily routine of millions of people, such as aseptic packaging. Visitors to the tent had the opportunity to use the benches, coffee tables and loungers made of corrugated board.

 

Residents also undertook cholesterol, blood glucose, HIV + Hepatitis and eye tests free of charge, and received legal advice and physical therapy.
