São Paulo, January 22, 2019 – Klabin, Brazil’s leading producer and exporter of packagingpaper, is one of the 50 highest rated companies in the ranking of the “Most loved companies – professionals’ choice” from the Love Mondayswebsite, a platform that compiles ratings on the workplaces of companies operating in Brazil.

To create the list, thousands of opinions of professionals from over 170,000 companies in Brazil were compiled, which considered corporate culture, compensation and benefits, quality of life and career opportunities as predetermined criteria. Of these, Klabin further stood out in the first two criteria, reaching a 90% approval rating from its employees, who said they would recommend the company to a friend.

To ensure that the process is truly evaluated by those who are former or current employees at the companies, Love Mondays uses a verification tool and a team of moderators to verify the data.

This is the fourth straight year in which the ranking is published. To rank a company, it considers the average general satisfaction score attributed by employees from January 1 to November 30, 2018. The scores range from 1 to 5, where 1 means very dissatisfied and 5 very satisfied. To be eligible, companies must have at least 50 evaluations and, for the list of 30 Most Loved SMBs (with fewer than 500 employees), a minimum of 15 ratings are needed.
