Atibaia, October 19, 2015 – Klabin, Brazil’s largest paper producer and exporter, leading manufacturer of paper and board for packaging, corrugated board packaging, industrial sacks and timber in logs, presented the 22nd International Wheat Congress with its packaging solution for the wheat flower market.At its stand, the Company presented industrial paper sack packaging, which offers the strength needed to meet the needs of mills and bakeries.

Produced using renewable sources and 100% recyclable, the paper sacks contain valves that allow for conditioning of a food product using external, unbreakable adhesive sleeves that preserve the quality of the product while preventing contamination and maintaining the original characteristics of the food. Recently, the Company received a recommendation from the American Institute of Baking (AIB) for its industrial sacks for food products, attesting to the processes adopted by Klabin and its Food Packaging Program that guarantee the integrity of packaging, sanitary conditions and the health of the final consumer.
