Exhibition of Alexandre Wollner in São Paulo sponsored by Klabin

São Paulo, June 12, 2019 – Museu da Casa Brasileira (MCB) hosts the exhibition ‘Alex Wollner Brasil: Design Visual’ (Alex Wollner Brazil: Visual Design), which had its premiere last Saturday. With Klabin’s support, the exhibition comes to Brazil for the first time and presents a summary of the artist’s career, from the beginning of his activities as a student, to his work in the corporate world, up to recent works from the beginning of the decade when he dedicated himself to the plastic arts.MCB’s initiative, together with the translation of the book on the visual designer’s works, is sponsored by Klabin as part of the actions that the company will undertake over the year to celebrate its 120-year anniversary. Wollner was responsible for creating the company’s logotype in 1999, which represented a new and important moment of the brand.

 

The exhibition ‘Alex Wollner Brasil: Design Visual’ is open until August 25, from Tuesdays to Sundays, 10:00 am to 06:00 pm. Museu da Casa Brasileira is located at Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 2705, in Jardim Paulistano, São Paulo. Tickets cost up to R$10 and entry is free on weekends and holidays.
