São Paulo, March 9, 2016 – Klabin, Brazil’s largest paper producer and exporter, received for the second straight year the Top Employers Brasil 2016 certification, which each year recognizes the companies in the country with the highest standards of excellence in people management.

To award the seal, the Top Employers Institute evaluates, through an audited survey, the best human resources practices of each company. The criteria analyzed include strategy, policy implementation, and monitoring and communication of career and development conditions. The survey revealed that the selected companies offer excellent working conditions, promote and develop talent in-house at all levels and continually strive to enhance their HR practices.

Receiving this certification for the second straight year reinforces the recognition of Klabin’s human resources practices and lends it greater visibility in the job market in order to attract new, high-level talent and competencies. “Klabin is an extraordinary company with a sustainable business model, supported by people who work on high-performance teams.
