Therefore, our Donations and Sponsorships Policy follows ethical premises guided by the vision of sustainability and by the company's private social investment platform, in four lines of action:

For the sake of transparency with all requestors who come to us, we created a permanent notice on the PROSES platform to assist in the evaluation and selection of initiatives that wish to receive company support. Regardless of the nature of your request, we ask that all requests be routed through this platform, so that we can learn more about the initiative and get in touch for further details, should there be an opportunity.
Klabin receives requests for sponsorships and donations through the PROSES online platform. The system connects sponsors, social entrepreneurs and citizens through a permanent call for proposals notice, to support the selection of projects and initiatives that will be analyzed by the multidisciplinary team, according to the guidelines of the company private social investment platform.
The PROSES platform, focused on the management of private social investment, helps us to define initiatives that will receive our support through a donation or sponsorship, taking into account aspects such as the social impact in the areas of local development, environmental education, culture and citizenship. One of the principles of the Klabin Sustainability Policy is to support, as a priority, the development of communities located in the surrounding areas of the company industrial and forestry operations.
