São Paulo, October 24, 2019 – Klabin held the first Suppliers Meeting of Angatuba on October 23, on the theme “Engaging suppliers for the future.” Besides strengthening Klabin’s relations with suppliers, the event was aimed at improving the quality of services and products offered and boosting the economy of the region where the company operates.

The meeting, which was attended by approximately 200 people at the Dispatch area at Klabin’s Angatuba Unit, featured lectures on sustainability, innovation and integrity.

“Besides learning a little more about Klabin, the initiative also helped suppliers understand how this partnership can contribute to the sustainable growth of their businesses,” said Antônio Arcanjo Júnior, supplies coordinator – Southeast region at Klabin.

To help partners become familiar with the portfolio offered by Klabin, Brazil’s largest producer and exporter of packaging paper, the site was specially decorated with products sold by Klabin.
