Klabin participates in Latin America edition of Nobel Prize Dialogue

Held for the first time in Brazil, the event will bring together Nobel laureates and experts to talk about the future of science and research in facing global challenges

 

São Paulo, April 11, 2024 – Klabin, Brazil’s largest producer and exporter of packaging paper and sustainable paper packaging solutions, is sponsoring the Nobel Prize Dialogue, which will be held between April 15 and 17 in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, in partnership with the Brazilian Academy of Sciences (ABC).<0} The event will bring together Nobel laureates, including Serge Haroche (Physics - 2021), David MacMillan (Chemistry - 2021) and May-Britt Moser (Medicine - 2014) and other experts, who will discuss their experiences in research and science, ways to promote science and overcome the challenges facing the sector. In Rio de Janeiro, the meetings will be held at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) on April 15, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. In São Paulo, the debates will be held at the International Diffusion Center Auditorium (CDI) of the University of São Paulo (USP) on April 17, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The events can also be watched online.
