Vacancies for Operator and Maintainer Trainees at the Monte Alegre and Puma units

Paraná, December 19, 2022 – Klabin has announced vacancies for the positions of Maintainer Trainee or Operator Trainee at the company’s units in Telêmaco Borba and Ortigueira, Paraná. Vacancies are limited and the selection process will be conducted through late December.
 
Maintainer Trainees are responsible for the maintenance of equipment and machinery, identifying flaws and their solutions, besides offering support to maintainers at all levels of production in order to ensure the continuity, safety, cleanliness and quality of the company’s operations. Operator Trainees are entrusted with operating machines, participating in training programs, and monitoring operators in daily activities and inspections of equipment to ensure that all of the Company’s quality and safety standards are met.
 
The Company has announced 53 vacancies - 30 Maintainers and 23 Operators - who will work at the Monte Alegre or Puma Unit.
 
To apply, candidates must have completed high school and reside in Telêmaco Borba, Imbaú or Ortigueira, or must be willing to relocate. Moreover, candidates for the position of Operator Trainee must have completed or complete by June 2023, a vocational program in Pulp and Paper or Chemistry, while candidates for Maintainer Trainee must have completed or complete by June 2023, a vocational program in mechanics, electrotechnics, electromechanics or other courses related to maintenance.
