Opportunities open to professionals with vocational training and have concluded high school 

Paraná, August 1, 2022 – Klabin, Brazil’s largest producer and exporter of paper for packaging and sustainable solutions in paper packaging, is hiring professionals experienced in the electrical, welding and mechanical areas to work in the maintenance divisions at the Puma unit in Ortigueira and the Monte Alegre unit in Telêmaco Borba.
 
The vacancies were open to replace and expand the workforce and the new professionals will work on the maintenance of machinery and boilers, and in mechanical workshops, among others. Candidates must have completed high school and have experience in these areas. The benefits offered by the company include food voucher, day care assistance, annual variable compensation program (PPR), health and dental care. Ana Paula da Silva Dias, 33, is part of the maintenance team at Monte Alegre unit in Telêmaco Borba since 2020. After attending technical courses in the field of mechanics, she pursued a degree in mechanical engineering and carved her niche at Klabin in a male-dominated area. "For me, the key incentive is the Company’s care  for women working in the maintenance area. When I joined, there were only two women. Today, there are eight women in this area. This is inclusion and, for me, a dream come true."
