Klabin holds workshop on “Good Practices & Innovation in Safety” in Lages

Santa Catarina, July 16, 2019 – Last month, Klabin held a workshop on Good Practices and Innovation in Safety in Lages, Santa Catarina. Organized by the Benchmarking and Indicators Working Group from the Otacílio Costa Unit, the event promoted the sharing of innovative experiences and good practices in the area of safety.

Cases, lectures and collaborative actions were presented to further the knowledge of the more than 90 participants of the latest developments in this field, which generated important insights and new perspectives on the subject.

“When it comes to safety, we need to consider and develop all aspects involved, whether in processes or people, and events such as the workshop are part of this development,” said Edson Maestri, Industrial Manager of the Otacílio Costa Unit.
