Excerpt from highway PR-160 is released today for vehicular traffic

Paraná, April 16, 2019 – Starting today (16/4), the PR-160 highway will be liberated for vehicular traffic in the stretch of Telemaco Borba, height of Portaria 2 of the Monte Alegre Unit. In this way, drivers will no longer need to access the temporary deviation, since the route returns to its normal direction.

Despite the liberation and return to the normal direction, the place will remain signaled because the works in the surroundings of the stretch continue towards the end of the construction of the trench. Klabin reinforces the need for driver collaboration, as well as the attention and respect for road signs to ensure the safety of the population and workers involved in the project.

The trench, a kind of deeper stretch on the track, will enable vehicle traffic without impacting the flow of those transiting the PR-160 and will facilitate the access of trucks to the Klabin wooden patio, further enhancing the safety of drivers and employees , in addition to giving more fluidity to the traffic of vehicles in that route.
