Klabin launches free technical programs in Electromechanics and Pulp & Paper in Paraná
In partnership with Senai of Telêmaco Borba, the programs will feature a two-phase admissions process and start classes in the first half of November
Paraná, September 16, 2021 – Klabin and the Telêmaco Borba chapter of the National Industrial Training Service (Senai) have opened admissions for free vocational programs in Electromechanics and in Pulp & Paper. The application process will begin on September 13 and extend through October 1. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, be on track to receiving their high school diploma by October 27 and not be serving their mandatory military service. The selection process will take place from October 9 to 20, and classes will begin on November 8, which will be held at night in person and respect all Covid-19 safety protocols.
The selection process will have two phases, with the first consisting of a test of knowledge in Portuguese and Mathematics administered on October 9. The second phase, carried out from October 18 to 20, will feature a group dynamic aimed at assessing the competencies required based on the profile expected. In all, 70 applicants will be selected, and five will be put on a waiting list for use in the event of any dropouts during the process.
The results of the first phase will be announced at 10 a.m. on October on the website and via an official notice published by Senai – Telêmaco Borba. Those approved should go to the office of Senai from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. to receive their registration card with the date, time and place of the second phase of the selection process. Meanwhile, the results of the second phase will be announced at 2 p.m. on October 26 on the website and via an official notice published by Senai – Telêmaco Borba. Those selected in the second phase must complete their enrollment at the same place from October 27 to 29, from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Those who fail to appear will be disqualified and a second selection process will be announced on November 1.
