São Paulo, July 10, 2020 – Today is Pizza Day and Klabin, Brazil’s largest producer and exporter of packaging paper, has launched the #MãoNaMassa campaign on its social networks to honor the whole sector involved in preparing this delicacy, one of Brazilians’ biggest favorites. The Company’s packaging permeates the entire pizza preparation cycle, from the paper bag that packs the flour and the paperboard for tomato sauce and other ingredients to the corrugated board box that securely packs and transports the pizzas to customers’ homes.

In the campaign, Klabin invites its corporate clients to recount their stories about pizza preparation and the entire chain shows how each item is essential to maintain the quality of this highly popular dish. In the case of Klabin, the paper packaging that comes into contact with food consists of fibers used for the first time and without contaminants. Moreover, the packaging is resistant, sustainable, recyclable and produced with raw material obtained from planted and certified forests.
