Telêmaco Borba, December 6, 2016 – Klabin is sponsoring the show Christmas Carols 2016 on December 8 and 9.The free show featuring Klabin’s choral group Meninas Cantoras is scheduled to start at 8:30 p.m. at the Hotel Ikapê.This year, the show’s theme will be the traditional song “Silent Night” and evoke feelings and reflections of Christmas among the audience.Other songs include “Vem que Está Chegando o Natal,” “Quero Ver,” “Jingle Bell Rock” and a Christmas medley of four songs:“Jingle Bells,” “O Tannenbaum,” “Meu Pinheirinho” and “Já Chegou o Natal.”

Klabin’s group Meninas Cantoras is formed by girls age seven and up who are all daughters of employees at the Monte Alegre Unit in Paraná state and live in the local community.Since 2004, the project has encouraged the practice of choir singing, offered classes on musical theory and rhythms and vocal techniques and fostered teamwork.
