São Paulo, December 4, 2025 – Klabin, Brazil’s largest producer and exporter of packaging paper, a leader in corrugated board packaging and a benchmark in short-fiber, long-fiber, and fluff market pulp, has elected Gabriela Woge as the Company’s CFO, effective January 1, 2026.

Gabriela brings more than 20 years of financial management experience, including three years at Klabin heading Corporate Finance and Investor Relations, and will take over from Marcos Ivo. Having served the Company for 16 years—six of them as CFO and Investor Relations Officer—Marcos Ivo will transition to a new role at Klabin, as Statutory Officer for Paper Sales in 2026.

This transition underscores the Company’s ongoing commitment to the development and preparation of its talent for current and future challenges.
