For the second straight year, the Company tops the ranking for its recognized performance in sustainability

São Paulo, June 26, 2025 – Brazil's largest producer and exporter of paper for packaging and sustainable solutions in paper packaging, Klabin was named the top winner of the EXAME Melhores do ESG (Best in ESG) award in the Paper, Pulp and Forest Products category. This is the second consecutive year that the Company has held the top position in the ranking and the fourth consecutive year that it has been among the top three in the sector. The recognition was announced on June 25, during a ceremony held at Casa Charlô, in São Paulo.

The result underscores Klabin's successful journey in the environmental, social and governance fronts, emphasizing the implementation of robust and transparent projects in these areas. With 126 years of history, the Company made its 2030 Agenda public by launching the Klabin Sustainable Development Goals (KODS), whose progress can be monitored via its ESG Panel.
 
The EXAME Melhores do ESG award is organized by EXAME Magazine, with support from Ibmec, a private higher education institution specializing in finance. The award's methodology is grounded in the principles of management driven by the best environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices, acknowledging companies with an annual revenue of at least R$150 million that serve as benchmarks in ESG.
