Ortigueira State Center for Professional Education (CEEP) in Forestry and Agriculture
 
Paraná, May 21, 2025 - The Learning Program on Forest Machine Operations of the State Center for Professional Education (CEEP) on Forestry and Agriculture of Ortigueira, in the state of Paraná, is now accepting applications until May 30. As the only technical school in Latin America specializing in forest machinery operations, the program offers on-site accommodation and a monthly financial aid package for working at Klabin. Classes take place Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
 
Applicants must be 18 to 22 years old, have a high school diploma, and live in Ortigueira. CEEP makes student housing available on campus for eligible candidates from Telêmaco Borba, Imbaú, Reserva, Rio Branco do Ivaí and surrounding towns like Arapoti, Sengés and Jaguariaíva.
 
In addition to the monthly allowance, Klabin offers meal vouchers or an on-site cafeteria, medical assistance, a physical activity incentive program (Gympass), life insurance, a free online psychotherapy platform for employees and dependents, an employee support program with access to psychologists, e-learning training programs, a monthly childcare allowance, and a School Kit aid once a year.

COLLABORATION BETWEEN KLABIN AND ORTIGUEIRA CEEP HAS EMPLOYED OVER 150 YOUTH AT THE COMPANY

Since its inauguration, in 2020, the CEEP Forestry and Agriculture of Ortigueira has received investments of R$35 million from the State of Paraná and Klabin. Over these five years, 346 young people have been trained by the institution in the technical courses in Forest Machine Operations, Heavy Machinery Maintenance, and Agribusiness. Among the trained students, 55% were hired by Klabin in the period.
