In the video ‘126 years of pride in standing by your side,’ employees talk about their relationship with the Company

São Paulo, April 24, 2025 – In the month it celebrates its 126th anniversary, Klabin – Brazil's largest producer and exporter of packaging paper and sustainable paper packaging solutions, the only company in the country offering solutions in hardwood, softwood and fluff pulp, and a leader in the market of corrugated cardboard, industrial bags and paperboard –, asked employees from its various units in Brazil what the Company represents in their lives.

Employees from various generations shared a wide range of responses, offering intriguing, inspiring and heartfelt stories, all united by one common aspect: the pride people feel in working at Klabin. The result is featured in the video 126 years of pride in standing by your side, available on the Company's YouTube channel. This campaign, created in partnership with W3haus agency, is designed to celebrate the culture and values that connect more than 18,000 direct employees, elements that drive personal growth and bolster the Company's business.

A century of success

Founded in 1899 in Brazil, Klabin's journey has been shaped by the commitment of its founders and employees. The Company's integrated, diverse and adaptable business model has placed it among the top global producers of paper and pulp, renowned for its sustainable operations and premium products.

The production process begins in planted and certified forests, advancing through the production of market pulp, packaging papers and sustainable solutions in paper packaging. With annual production capacity of 4.5 million metric tons of pulp and paper, the Company has 23 industrial units in Brazil and one in Argentina and exports its products to over 80 countries.
