With Klabin's support, the courses in Agribusiness, Heavy Machinery Maintenance, Environment, Forestry Equipment Operations, and Occupational Safety have open vacancies.

 

Paraná, September 25, 2024 – The State Forestry and Agriculture Vocational Training Center of Ortigueira, in partnership with Klabin, is welcoming applications for the Apprenticeship in Agribusiness Technician, Heavy Machinery Maintenance, Environment, Forestry Equipment Operations, and Occupational Safety. All courses are aimed at professionals who have finished elementary or high school. The vacancies are free and limited, with 35 for each class, and enrollment ends on September 27. 

Offered by the Paraná State Education Department (SEED), with the curriculum and contents prepared with the support of Klabin, the courses are divided into two categories:

 

- High School Technician: courses in Agribusiness, Heavy Machinery Maintenance, and Environment, with a duration of three years. Interested parties must have completed elementary school.

- Post-high School Technical Courses: Forestry Equipment Operations, Heavy Machinery Maintenance, and Occupational Safety, with a duration of one and a half years. Interested parties must have completed high school.

For approved candidates from the municipalities of Telêmaco Borba and Imbaú, a transportation allowance will be provided.

About the State Forestry and Agriculture Vocational Training Center of Ortigueira
The State Forestry and Agriculture Vocational Training Center of Ortigueira has a comprehensive infrastructure consisting of classrooms, fully-equipped laboratories, restrooms, industrial kitchen, cafeteria, multi-sport court and leisure area. The school has capacity for up to 800 students. The school also has an exclusive boarding school for students enrolled in full-time programs. The school receives federal and state government funds for its physical, human and pedagogical upkeep.
