Real-life stories from the field illustrate the “Environment Month at Klabin”

The campaign, which will cover biodiversity issues, water, soil, economy and certification, will run on Klabin’s Instagram and LinkedIn accounts as well as its website and internal communication channels

São Paulo, June 3, 2016 – Klabin, Brazil’s largest paper producer and exporterand the leading manufacturer of paper and board for packaging, corrugated board packaging and industrial bags,is launching the “Cultivating Stories” campaign to commemorate World Environment Day, which will be celebrated on Sunday (June 5th).

The campaign, which will cover biodiversity issues, water, soil, economy and certification, will run on Klabin’s Instagram and LinkedIn accounts as well as its website and internal communication channels. Six videos with testimonials from rural producers participating in the company’s Forest Development Program will be aired as part of the campaign. The first two videos are already on air and henceforth one new video will go on air every week.

The Environment Month at Klabin is yet another support tool to raise awareness among the company’s diverse stakeholder groups on the importance of putting sustainable development and environmental conservation into practice.
